New yard

We moved today about 10 miles from Ross Prairie Campground.
We are now at Ocala Sun RV Resort for a couple of days. Nice to be moving again.

Mexican Hot dogs on the Primo

Was looking at YouTube videos last night and came across someone making Mexican Hotdogs. So I had to give it a try.
All I can say is WOW were they great.
Looking forward to making them again.

Took 3 Boars Head natural casing hot dogs and 6 pieces of bacon with our cherry rub and wrapped around the dogs and cooked them for 10 minutes then flipping them over and cook another 10 minutes. I then put a strip of pepper jack cheese on top and browned the buns.

I removed them from the grill and put ketchup and mustard on them. They were  then devoured by me.
All I can say is AWESOME.

Lots of Rain

Thanks for running like a little girl Bill. You sent all the storms our way. We are now camped on a lake. They tried to raise or site rent.

Wisconsin Fish Fry

We had a awesome Friday night true Wisconsin Fish Fry at my brother Steve and Bruce house. They always do a great job. It was amazing.

Ross Prairie Campground

We went down to Brooksville, Florida to do a job and are back home. It feels like our home because we have been here off and on for over 9 weeks.
Going to feel like the old West here this weekend. Lots of horse camping folks coming in.

another doctor's appointment

Today we are at another doctors appointment with Cris. hopefully goes quick just an ultrasound. last one for the week. me and the kids get to enjoy a nice area to walk around in which is good.

Still in Ocala Florida

I hope evryone had a Happy Easter. I have not been on here in a probably close to a month. As of today we are still sitting in a Ocala with Cris's doctors appointments. She has had one surgery with half of her thyroid removed. We are hoping to have final answers on other issues very soon. looking forward to getting back on the road and heading to the northern states this summer.
