Back at Ocala Sun RV park

We are back at Ocala Sun RV park in Ocala Florida. We have been working all around Southern Florida for the last couple months.

I'm sorry we haven't been on here lately but been pretty busy. I will be trying to keep up on the little more as we go.

On Wednesday the 27th of May we start heading north we will go to Valdosta Georgia.

We should be up in the Illinois Chicago Illinois area around the later part of June. looking forward to seeing family and the grandkids real soon.

New yard

We moved today about 10 miles from Ross Prairie Campground.
We are now at Ocala Sun RV Resort for a couple of days. Nice to be moving again.

Mexican Hot dogs on the Primo

Was looking at YouTube videos last night and came across someone making Mexican Hotdogs. So I had to give it a try.
All I can say is WOW were they great.
Looking forward to making them again.

Took 3 Boars Head natural casing hot dogs and 6 pieces of bacon with our cherry rub and wrapped around the dogs and cooked them for 10 minutes then flipping them over and cook another 10 minutes. I then put a strip of pepper jack cheese on top and browned the buns.

I removed them from the grill and put ketchup and mustard on them. They were  then devoured by me.
All I can say is AWESOME.
